Special August Tour

I thought we'd do something different for August, so instead of reviewing and touring one book some of our members are going to share their thoughts, post reviews and interviews about their favorite books and authors of books we've already toured. Since I'm also doing the same thing on my personal blog it would be a hardship to post 6 reviews there and 6 here as well, so I'm going to give you the links you'll need to get to the member's sites.

For Saturday you'll want to check out:
Grace Bridges, who will be doing a "round up" all week.
Melissa Meeks, who will be interviewing S. M. Kirkland, author of Higher Honor (among others)
David Brollier, who will be reviewing Rabbit: Chasing Beth Rider, by Ellen C. Maze

and then there's:
Molly who sometime this week will be reviewing The Duke's Handmaid, by Caprice Hokstad
Caprice who will be reviewing Flashpoint, by Frank Creed sometime this week
Cathi, who will be posting a number of reviews, one of which will also be Flashpoint, by Frank Creed

Special word from David Brollier: Co-Founder of CFRB,
The titles listed represent only a small portion of really great books we have toured since 2007. It is significant to notice that 3 of these Faith Awakened, by Grace Bridges, Flashpoint, by Frank Creed, and The Duke's Handmaid, by Caprice Hokstad were among the 3 toured during that first year. Also the fact that several people chose to review similar books is also an indicator, but that's all they are, indicators. Still not all of the books toured here is a list of others deserving to be highlighted once more. This list does not include books by Bill Myers or Terri Blackstock. I think their names are fairly well known and their sales are doing well. These are the unknowns, the writers others will soon be looking upon as great authors just like Myers and Blackstock, some on a level with C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien. Anyway, here's the list.

Petticoat Ranch, by Mary Connealy
The Void, by Mark Mynheir
Asulon, The Sword of Fire, Book One, by William McGrath
Eretzel, by William McGrath
Come to Me, by Laura Davis
Higher Honor, by S.M. Kirkland (the author was interviewed, but there wasn't a new review for Higher Honor for August)
Seabird, by Sherry Thompson
Vengeance, by Donna Dawson
The Ark, The Reed, and the Firebrand, by Jenny Cote
Mohamed's Moon, by Keith Clemons
Talking to the Dead, by Bonnie Grove
The Cat that Made Nothing SOmthing Again, by James Maxon
The Wordsmith, the Kid, and the Electrolux, by Clifford Leigh
Forgiving Sean, by Jessica Adriel
One SMooth Stone, by Marica Lee Laycock
The Muse, by Fred Warren
Starlighter, by Bryan Davis
